This was not what I expected- in America this would be called a "day-runner" or an organizer, *not* a diary. There are four days on each page so not much room to write. Cute enough, but as a Discworld fan, there are many better quotes from the different Discworld witches, the pictures of Granny Weatherwax are not as she is described in the books & the most glaring error for a witches diary; there is no phase of the moon notations! How can a witches diary NOT note the quarters, full & new moon? It DOES have the sabbats which is lovely & the quality of the book is really nice, the colors, paper thickness & binding are delightful but, I probably would not have purchased it if I had seen it before hand & I will not get one next year unless it has more room for each day & moon phases each month.

The Discworld witches!!! Pretty much all Discworld fans have their favorite threads, and mine is the witches. While I may aspire to be Granny Weatherwax, I fear I am much more likely to channel Nanny Ogg, albeit with more teeth. But I love them both, and the other DW witches, so I NEEDED this!

I could simply not resist this calendar, even though I had to order it from the UK. (Shame on you, US, for claiming you carry it but not fulfilling my order!)

While it's a useful enough diary for events, etc., its value is more in the quotes and artwork. It is so much fun to browse! (It's not really designed for cover-to-cover reading.)

If you are a DW witch fan, I strongly recommend this!

Totally adorable, though kinda slow getting here. I'm looking forward to using it and seeing all the extra details hidden inside.
Sir Terry is no longer with us, but thank goodness for the (Disc)world universe he has left us. This is one of the better of his Discworld Diaries, a combination of engagement calendar and insights from the Ramstop witch community. Pure delight for those familiar with the Discworld novels, perhaps not the best place for a newbie to start.
